  • Playback Issues

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Q.  Why are the videos are stalling?

A.  The videos are hosted on Vimeo.  This is a smaller version of YouTube so there should be no playback issues.  If they are stalling it is the connection speed in your area.  You can either click PLAY then PAUSE.  The video will buffer.  Once buffered you can play continuously.  You can also contact your internet service provider about the issue.  To avoid these issues you can download the videos to your computer or mobile device.

Q.  Can you make the video fullscreen?

A. Yes.  Hover over the video.  The player controls will come up.  Click the icon in the bottom right of the player controls to make the video full screen.

Q.  I can’t hear any sound.

A. Hover over the video.  The player controls will come up.  In the bottom right there are 3 bars.  They should be blue.  If gray you have the audio turned off.  Just click on the bars and the audio will turn back on.[/text_block]

  • Download Issues

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Q.  I can’t download the videos

A.  These are huge files that take time to download.  Download times will vary based on the part of the world you are located in.  The best time to download is overnight.

Q.  How do I download for phone or tablet?

A.  I have all formats available.  They are zip files.  The best way to download is to your computer then synch to your mobile device.  You can find the downloads on any lesson page.

Q. What file types are these?

A.  All videos are H.264 video format.

  • Ordering Problems

A.  If you cannot order please wait a few minutes and try again.  If you still can’t order, please contact us here.

Q.  I was double billed

A.  If you were double billed it was because you click the checkout button numerous times.  If so, just let us know and we will refund you.  Contact us here.

Q.  Shopping cart stalling or crashing when checking out

A.  If the shopping cart stalled or crashed when you tried to order you should contact us so we can see if it went through.  Contact us here.[/text_block]

  • Miscellaneous Issues

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Q.  I can’t download the videos

A.  I have some of the lowest refund rates of any golf product.   If you are within the 90 day period and want a refund just let us know.  We will ask you to delete all files from your computer or mobile device.  Once we receive an email you have done this we will issue the refund.  It takes a few days to show up on your statement.

Q.  How do I get the 30 trial to Ignition Golf.

A.  This is included with your purchase of The Body Swing.  There was a link in the email we sent you when you first purchased the products.  If you cannot find it contact us here.

Q. What other products so you have?

A.  Not only did I create The Body Swing but Swing Machine Golf and I’m the founder of Ignition Golf.  There are other products coming soon. I also do private lessons and schools at Bear’s Best Las Vegas.  More lessons and school information here.
